             e are troubleshooting as much as possible occassional problems users are              encountering with different browser programs or settings within their browser. The most common and easily fixed viewing problems will be explained and hopefully repair any and all viewing problems. This web site was made to be seen optimally in either Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher or Netscape 4.0 or higher (It does not mean, however, that this web site cannot be neccessarily viewed by other browsers). It is reccommended that you update and download the newest version of your web browser, as these newer versions fix most errors and enhance web appearance. Please contact us and let us know of any other errors or problems that you only encounter on our Merchandiser web site.

Web Site Viewing Help

The most common and easily fixable of these problems is your browser font (text) size. If you have the text size set too large, the text will overlap on this site, and you will not be able to read paragraphs properly. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you should change your settings as follows:

1. In your toolbar,click
View > Text Size> Medium

2. Click your Refresh button

When you change the text of your browser to Larger, Largest, Smaller or Smallest instead of leaving it at the default Medium, you run the risk of not being able to view websites properly.
You will encounter other problems such as missing backgrounds and layer issues if you do not have both javascript and style sheets (.css) activated. These are activated as a default setting. If these have been manually turned off, you can change them in your Internet Options settings.
